Was here on a Friday in Feltham for the afternoon and needed to buy a few bits and pieces and loved everything about this ASDA! First impressions in that there where enough small and big trolleys available at the entrance of the store. George textile collection for Kids, Women’s and Men’s have got nice variety of quality designs at reasonable cost. Fruits and Veg, Baby section, Milk, bread, world foods, fresh foods, meat, drinks, snacks you name it, collect and take home. Asda own brand items are cheaper than other brands with good quality and I always select them mostly. Wine and drinks selections have got most of the brands in the market with cases at cheaper price. Small and larger Self checkouts, staff checkout are available based on convenience. What I also liked is that it has a pharmacy too and it’s situated next to a wide range of shops nearby such as sports direct, Holland and Barrett etc and ample parking. A really nice experience in this Asda and I recommend you to do your shopping here in Asda Feltham.

Asda Feltham staffs are always warm and welcoming. I have used collection service, self checkouts and scan as you go. I found the items are always on stock within good date range. Love coming back here. Topnotch customer service 👍

Good store. Mens clothing section has declined in variety over the years. No fit-on rooms since Covid pandemic. If you do not shop over £10 at Asda's parking is too expensive (paid £2.20) for a very short visit on a Sunday which is too costly considering the cost of living crisis.

Fantastic friendly helpful staff. Bella who works in George section was so helpful she went that extra mile when I couldn't find the size jeans on the rack she went into the stock room and looked for me the opposite to Hayes branch all I got off the girls there was check online I was not impressed the Feltham store fantastic with helpful friendly staff

Good layout.. One huge superstore with all the great offers one expects from asda! Helpful staff and always stocked up to the 9's 👍🏼

Visited thrice during the christmas season. Lots of buzz and busy as lots of shoppers but still lots of parking. Used the Click and Collect option once to avoid the craziness of the long queues. Wasn't too well organised. Confused as to where to get my order from, not sign posted at all, and then a bit of a wait for my order to be handed to me

Lots of choice in terms of variety of products from clothing, homeware, gifts, etc in addition to food and lots of reasonable prices. Not so much choice or variety within food, e.g. no vegetable stew packs or good quality fresh produce. Lots of processed options but could balance this with healthy fresh options. Fruit and vegetables seem to have a larger carbon footprint than necessary. I.e. no local British apples but plenty of foreign apples. I would return for certain reasonably priced items such as toilet roll and tin foil but I would avoid doing my weekly food shop here.

I did an online purchase, but I couldn't go to pick it up and I can't put it for delivery.. I tried the refund through the app but they said it wouldn't be possible.. I would like you to help me solve it.. because my money is in the app I would just like to receive the refund
