Tesco Extra

The staff in the store are very pleasant, respectful and helpful. I brought my assistance dog in training in here for the first time and even when I had a medical episode staff checked to make sure I was okay. We will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely lovely store, has everything you could want from food to clothing and mobile to electrical. After shopping they have a café there for you to sit and enjoy. Only problem is parking during the day.

Popped in around 11pm last night wasn't feeling great with heat and an accident I had limping in had to use self service those tills fo not like me😒 so I asked a member of staff for some help and Ollie kindly put my shopping through and Nicola was their again very friendly was so lovely to get some help and wanted to say a big thank you to Ollie and to staff on tills I always get excellent customer service 🙂👍

Great shop really nice and big. Huge car park. Really great and there is a costa inside. There is also charging stations for my electric car real nice customers and great to shop with 50 isles

Huge store. Lots of everything, big clothing section. Toilets, Timpsons, Photos to the far right upon entry.

Good store but disappointed after travelling a distance to find i was unable to try on any garments due to the changing rooms not being reopened since Covid. Come on Tesco move on, you lost out on any clothing being purchased. I was told by an emplyee to buy everything, go to the disabled toilet and try it on then queue yet again to obtain a refund, REALLY!!!

I asked a member of staff in UNIFORM where the crackers for cheese are ( it's not an item I buy everyday & tesco are always moving stock around)
To be aggressively told she's done an 8 hour shift and she's doing her own shopping!!
Shame on you TESCO for making someone work an 8 hour shift.
she should of told her manager, not take it out on a customer or perhaps not wear uniform when doing her own shopping.
Floor manager more or less agreed with her actions.
That's ok, I have choices, Sainsbury's staff are very polite and helpful, they even walk you to the Isle, well done sainsbury.

Must say I am absolutely disgusted to say the least with how my brother was treated tonight in this store! He is autistic and suffers massively with anxiety and managing to get him to leave the house to go into a big social environment is a big enough issue as it is. So to have him return home tonight with my mum, upset and uncomfortable, feeling like he can’t leave the house again because of his experience in this store with your staff really saddens me! Normally I wouldn’t bother and let it go but as it happens I was also in your store 2 nights ago with my mum and received awful service from your staff myself. I also work in a customer service based environment and I understand how tiring and mentally draining it can be. However some people are just pure rude and have 0 manners or respect for others. Kindness doesn’t cost anything! It’s unfortunate as we usually enjoyed shopping here but we will most definitely be changing where we shop in future!
