Had many late or non arriving deliveries from here. So bad tha I'm constantly having to chase the store and started to use Tesco instead. Today tho, I decided to go back to Iceland for a 7-9 pm delivery that never showed. I checked online and it never went out fot delivery. What a joke.

DO NOT shop with iceland home delivery service as u will NOT get ur full delivery and u will spend the following day waiting for it to be delivered only to be told they don't have any record of any redelivery happening! This has happened to me 2 months in a row now! So I will NOT be shopping with iceland ever again! Absolute joke! Worst customer service ever!

Not a shop a usually aim to shop in. Only ever visit if I’m in the area.

Have had a home delivery from here and it was delivered correctly and on time. Driver followed my instructions to leave bags outside as we were isolating.

Cheaper products than the leading retailers on some items. Some products are really good value for money.

Fab freezer deals as you’d expect. Love the frozen pizzas from here. Cheap and still tasty. Lower prices don’t mean compromising quality.
Sometimes a long wait to get served.

Will continue to pop in and shop here when I’m in a store.

Online delivery from this store delayed. Store called me to inform and rescheduled. It's been more than an hour since the the new delivery slot and still not received. Calling store and customer centre but no one answers. No one calls to give you an update or anything. Terrible service, will never order again from them

Fine if you don't mind queuing for 20 minutes each time behind the one open till.

The Iceland store itself is fine and all the necessary goods you'd expect to find in a normal Icelands. The sad part is the unremarkable and neglected route into the store. In addition the car park seems to attract unsavory people who appear suspiciously up to something which they shouldn't be. Not a place for me.

Great little shop, however I have noticed that some items are more expensive than sainsburys, which I thought I would never see.
