I was served by a very polite and helpful young lady if only all shops had staff like this

I have problems with walking and use a stick so carrying bags out to the car is always a problem. Not at Tesco Express Bussage. If l have just one bag and not much shopping it is Ok. If two bags with milk and lemonade then they are heavy. The staff always enquire whether l need any help and come with me to the car. The staff here are always helpful and it is much appreciated.

Not good. One day the self service machine beeped when I paid for goods. As though I had paid. Umbeknown to me, my payment had not gone through properly. I was accused of not paying and challenged in store and was clearly watched by staff on further visits. Made to feel very uncomfortable and feel I can't shop there anymore. These machines can sometimes cause a problem, there are more and more news stories about innocent people being accused of shoplifting. Tesco Bussage have not had the decency to apologise! They don't want to admit the fault is with their system!
