Channa delivered world class customer service, got me pre-cooled stock from the back as it wasnt on the shelf. Lovely security guard Moses kept me company while the stock of fresh, near frozen redbull was brought out. Great place to shop and always well stocked. Thanks alot!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I attempted to purchase a can of RedBull, which I quite often do, the employee quite rudely jumped infront of me while I was make a transaction on the self-service checkout and demanded ID. I showed him my college lanyard as I had just come back from an A-level exam and he stated it wasn't enough evidence and terminated the transaction. If the age for purchasing an energy drink is 16 then I don't understand how incompetent the staff can be to not know how old a college student is. I don't recommend buying any type of energy drinks from this branch, unless you like being interrogated and harassed.

It's usually a very good shop.
I would like to see the cleaning station clean as well as the baskets though please.

I love the smell of the bakery in the morning. The freshly baked crossiants are excellent. This shop is a great addition to this area. I would like to say thanks to the baker for making sure everythings ready at 7am when the store opens. There are other stores nearby, but the bakery isn't ready on time. If you are travelling to, or from stepney underground station don't miss this opportunity.

Every time I have used this store for delivery,goods were always missing,today i received less than half my shop,which was paid for in advance will no longer be using them.Shambles/joke.

Lovely handy Sainsbury’s shop! Nashir the manager always makes me feel welcome.
