One of the staffs members - a woman with long dark hair who I believe who is the store manager, likes to argue with staff and customers. I have been in several times and she has caused a scene on multiple occasions. It’s not professional whatsoever.

If I could rate Zero I would. I don’t think I have experienced a worse shop ever before.
Unfortunately this is my local supermarket. It is dirty, unhygienic and poorly stocked; I agree with the earlier comment that the self check-out tills are dangerously unhygienic especially under the present situation.
The worse thing though, is that the management are extremely surly and very rude.
Twice I have had to return milk that had gone off days before it’s sell by date, and they have been difficult and aggressive. This has happened again, and I simply don’t want the aggravation of returning it. (there is nothing wrong with my fridge by the way!) On another occasion I pointed out politely that a tin of tomatoes was priced on the shelf cheaper than that which went through the till, they checked with a manager who shouted instructions from the back, and they claimed that the displayed price was wrong. I went back to the shelf and it had been changed, the guy working nearby said that he had altered it now, as someone must have changed it, (with the unstated implication that I might have done so!).
I am not able to walk so far to go elsewhere, otherwise I certainly would not use this shop.

Staff are great, friendly and helpful - but the actual stock of goods is appalling. Fruit selection is rubbish (no berries of any kind, but they've Cantaloupe and Figs - grrreat...). Never have Red Onions. No REGULAR Coke cans. No multi-packs of anything (e.g. own brand Tuna is sold individually at much higher price than even branded options elsewhere). Basically, you end up paying a lot more for a lot less of what you don't really want. Nothing convenient about this store whatsoever.

Your usual Sainsbury's local.
I'm surprised this one has some cool variety and extras.
Pricier than big Sainsbury's per usual, unfortunately.

Never had an issue with staff, that I can recall.

They have some nice offers from time to time.

Nothing extraordinary but does the job.

If their cash point was working properly all the time that'd be lovely as well.

I’m giving 4 for overall experience. It’s a grocery store. I would like to give 5 to all the staff, especially Mika who is always super friendly and happy to help. Thank you all for making my stay in Wandsworth a bit more homeley

I was confronted by the manager and security guard (the security guard was not wearing a face covering) today, asking me to leave my scooter by the door; however I had my own shopping basket fixed to my scooter and after arguing that I have been using this in such a way for over six months the manager said: " Ok I forgive you.." as though I was in the wrong?
His unfriendly attitude prompted me to decide to shop elsewhere in the future, which is probably is not a difficult decision to make given that the stock in this tiny shop is so limited with plenty of empty shelves which you need to reach right to the back of...
The manager still chatting away idley with the security guard at the front of the shop as I mentioned upon leaving that most of the shop needed to be faced up (retail term for arranging stock) and it seems that my comment was taken personally.. but I'm forgiven for having my own basket nevertheless..

The previous time I shopped here this month a staff member on the front till suggested that I should buy some gin to go with my juice in a rather flirtatious persuasive manner, to which I was personally shocked and found highly inappropriate, however I was unable to express my dismay at the time and awkwardly ignored the comment.

Historically the sandwich and meal deal selection is always depressingly dismal in this store too- surely that's meant to be one of the things small supermarkets are good at?! Hungry on your lunch break?- dont go here.

Further more the morning paper never seems to be unpacked in time for me to collect on my way to work..?

In the past I have also recognised young employees from this store smoking drugs in the local vicinity and over heard the same employees speaking in a highly disrespectful sexual way about a female customer as she left the store.

I could go on as this is not an exhaustive list.
