Not enough staff. Very often the only way to purchase groceries you need to use the self-service machines, and if you require assistance have to wait for somebody to help you. This makes quick food trips to take twice as long. Please either put people on tills or have someone watching the checkouts.

Often running low on stock, some of the staff are surly and barely have any social skills (aside from the friendly and helpful security guard). Tills are often unattended as staff are busy faffing around and ignore it if there's someone waiting to be served.
As for many of the bovine/ semi-feral customers, it's like a cavalcade/ freakshow. And don't expect to see many of the customers wearing face-masks.

One of the crappest branches of Sainsbury's I've been in.

Go to Regency Food & Wine instead, just a little further south- better prices, and the chap who runs it is lovely and so helpful. Much better frozen section there too.

I am sorry for being a Karen about this, but people are dying and our economy is being wrecked. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this Sainsbury's AT LEAST one of the staff members is not wearing a mask at all, and many wear them in a way that they shouldn't even bother (and these people will touch every single product they sell...). Of course, if not even the staff takes the masks seriously, the customers are behaving even worse.

There are a lot of old folks around this neighbourhood and it is just downright selfish to endanger them in a place they can hardly avoid.

They never have enough sausage rolls from the hot section. Some days you have to be lucky to get them.
At lunch time from midday there should be plenty, but there isn’t and when you ask if any is coming down the answer is usually no.

They should all go back to training including the manager if not fired. The most disgusting attitude of work ethics I've witnessed, i won't bother explaining the experience just look at other reviews its truthful

today a lazy staff member of indian appearance tried to fob me off that my argos order was not ready for collection when in fact it was. only by insisting and involving another staff member did it finally come out. if not for that this person would have been happy to waste my time and have me come back another day. not impressed.

Have to agree with other posts, I have gone there as it is very local when Sainsbury/Liverpool Rd on Sunday has closed at 5pm .Although it doesn't have much and what there is,is at least 20p more(example: soy sauce 85p compared to 65p just coz it's a ....) Anyhow the staff and there was only 4 of them completely ignored me standing there. Not trying to cause a fuss but annoyed me,Bad bloody service on Sainsburys

Its lovely that you are on user eats and all. But waiting 2 hours to cancel my order is not acceptable and I wish I could leave you a review on user eats. First and last time I try to order from you. Useless.
