Friendly attentive staff, always a good selection of products but... in these unprecedented times when we are understandably encouraged to use self checkouts to limit staff contact with the general public I have found the packing area on the self checkouts to as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike! Far too small if you are getting quiet a few items as we are again encouraged to do to limit our visits to the stores. Just this evening I have found myself playing a real life game of jenga when trying to place my items in the packing area! I understand space is limited but these self checkouts need a bigger packing area like those in other Tesco Express stores.

Staff stood at entrance ( 2 members of staff), within 30 cm of each other which is not allowed at moment. Rest of workers stocking same shelves in same location as each other which is again not allowed at moment and to busy talking to assist on self service which I needed there help 3 times

The female staff was very rude to me when I asked for an envelope and kept giving me strange looks.

Great convenience store with high-quality products and the simplest self-service checkout possible. (tesco express near the bus stop)

staff and management are the rudest shop staff i have ever come across . all look miserable . workshy . never on the till . you have to shout for them to let them know you want serving . The security guards are a joke . think they are bouncers and verbally abuse customers . they would nt last five minutes in a proper security job . bottom of the barrell employees .wouldnt get a job anywhere else .
