Today I went to Waitrose in Rickmansworth, (as my usual),
And I bought 2 birthday cakes to bring to work and share with my colleagues, the cashier asked me who's bday, and so I said it was my birthday and wanted to celebrate with my colleagues too, once I finished to pack my items in the shopping bags, the cashier gifts me a bouquet of lovely roses. It never happened something like this to me, I felt like I was in a movie.
Thank you very much, you made my day, I wish I could remember your name, but just wanted to say thank you again to Waitrose staff.

What an upgrade! Amazing dry aged meat cabinet, fish counter, sushi available, huge wine selection and John Lewis homeware all added. Combined with the friendliness of the staff makes this my favourite Waitrose yet.

Very well stocked store, especially organic fruit and vegetables. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend and will definitely shop there more often.

Easy access. Good choice. Recently more empty shelves. Don't like the fact that yellow labelled items are taken off the shelf for the food bank and won't get sold even if i am willing to pay when I too can do with a discounted product.

It was a surprise for me to day as its been a while since my last visit. It has been up dated and the layout is good. Wine department is bigger and layout good. In all a good visit.

Decent sized supermarket with most things you would need. The way into the car park is a little confusing as it shares with the station car park. Make sure you park in the correct part of you'll have to pay £5.

Recently refurbished and much improved. A lovely fresh sushi counter and an area selling John Lewis homeware items.
