Customer service there is impeccable. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Been a few times nice things but some are a little pricey,🤔🤔

Considering they were extremely busy and there was a brief power cut , staff remained calm and done their best to keep customers happy once the power was restored .
I hope they get too Xmas bonus they all pulled through well.
However I feel as though the store is just not big enough and they could of done with more tills open so the oap’s don’t have to be standing too long .

Busy and humming with pre-Christmas shoppers. Plenty of staff around if required, but only two tills open, both with full trolleys to pass through. Another open till would have speeded checkout. As we only had a basket, full anyway, we were directed to self-scan. A lovely, polite assistant helped us and we were through quickly. Plenty of Christmas stock to choose from and we fullfilled our shopping list.

Staff are exceptional. Stores always clean. Lots of choice & always M&S quality.

It was very busy today but the staff managed to organise the store quickly.

Shop @ M&S Cannock all the time. Great service abd lovely staff.
