Tesco Superstore

Great store, friendly staff, reasonable value. Very convenient. Only complaint, could do with more items for single people, rather than family sized products. In all nice place to shop.

Friendly helpful staff this is key to the retail business. Large variety of produce.
Overall a good experience, the price's even with Clubcard are not as competitive as they could be. The Clubcard App needs to be more straightforward I've noticed they are improving the coupon complexity. However the coupons which are a cost to Tesco's and a distraction to customers are they really necessary. Simplyfie and focus on value for money would increase trade and overall customer satisfaction.

We came to buy some fuel on Saturday & owing to some issue in town the roads were gridlocked as was Tesco car park & exit. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get out but fair play to Tesco staff though, they had at least 3 staff out directing traffic & making sure we all had our place in the queue. They were calm, polite & friendly & went a long way to keeping everyone calm.

The bottleneck of the single lane car park exit during busy times is an absolute farce.

Lovely clean great staff

Rude ignorant staff who can't be bothered to speak. It's my only trip out once a week and crave real human interaction, instead they can't even bother to say hello. If you don't want to be there then don't but don't ignore people. I'm a front line worker and don't like covid anymore than you do but ignorance is not acceptable in customer service. Never again

I visited Tesco in Stourport last week. When I came to pay for my shopping, my purse with my debit card and cash inside, was missing from my bag.

I was panicked...went to Customer Service desk...it had been handed in my a security guard on his break. He had spotted my purse and handed it in with all my money and debit card still in my purse,

I believe the security guard is a gentleman by the name of Pam.

Would it be possible for him to see this review please as I cannot thank him enough for his thoughtfulness... he saved my day
