Child hating security guard, staff don't want to help when you are holding a child whilst trying to pack a bag and I'm fed up of the lazy a$$ed middle age couples who park in mother and toddler spaces. Won't be coming back, I don't want my child picking up bad habits so will be going to Asda

Nice store, friendly helpful staff, quite spacious which is nice change from shops cramming aisles so wheelchairs and prams can't get down.
Only downside was 2 outer doors open to let people in/out but only 1 inner door open.

Today I did a shop with my three children, as you do, you forget things. Realising I had forgot to get birthday cards i needed, I made my way to the stupidly placed area where the cards are located in a hidden corner aside the entrance of the shop. In doing so I walked through a checkout where the idly chatting checkout worker suddenly shouted “excuse me, are you paying for your shopping!” I found this disgusting as; one she assumed I was thieving, two she alerted all the staff and shoppers to this and three there was a security guard at the door who’s job it is for that sort of thing, so she must of aimed to embarrass me?!. The irony is this woman’s normally ignoring customers even the ones she’s serving but today she thought she would do that! She clearly doesn’t know her role!

Staff are Great...But Customers are not.

The CEO David Potts, needs to add control measures of how many customers can go in and limit amounts of goods per person.
What I've witnessed in people since Lockdown is Shocking.

What is wrong with people?

It has a new layout which takes getting used to to find the things you want. Staff are friendly and helpful. The car park, though large, is normally almost full as some of the car park has been taken to use when the building was extended recently.

Well stocked shelves, lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Really enjoy shopping here.

Decent sized supermarket. Stuffed with produce and has retained its Fishmonger.
Nice staff and unusually several proper checkouts with actual people.😄
Nice big car park, but no petrol station.
