Tesco Superstore

Why have they removed practically all the tills in favour of self service? Both staff and customers think this is an absolute joke. One more reason to dump Tesco and go to Aldi.

Have shopped there for years . Really friendly staff. Now they have automated the tills, don't like it at all. All they doing is driving people away into the hands of Aldi.

Tesco shopper for 20 plus years and here since this store opened. This store particularly used to have a local community feeling. However, after taking the decision to remove all but two staffed checkouts (plus removing other in store amenities) the shopping experience is much worse and we have now taken our weekly shop elsewhere. Tesco really don’t seem to care about loyalty now.

Very Handy to get your stuff. near on the doorstep shop they have put new items on sale all we do is get shopping meet friends, if we forget something open till 10pm so it's great, big car park hole in the wall to get cash if you need, friendly service.

This is not a superstore they haven't got a good clothing range very handy for top up groceries tho a little of most things

Usual Tesco products but some items have become very expensive recently. I like they sell some clothes now as nowhere nearby stocks clothes for children. The self service tills are confusing as if you have a trolley you can't use cash. Staff not always friendly and helpful.

Genuinely helpful staff- plenty of choice - Clubcard offers make a real difference- free parking - Burscough’s go to supermarket 👍

Since installing the new self service checkouts somehow this store has lost it's community feeling. Of course it's a cost saving move but we so dislike those type of checkouts (where you can't even put your carrier bag down without it complaining) that we now shop at Aldi Burscough. Strange that Aldi have never installed these type of checkouts and they do seem to be doing a roaring trade.
