Can safely say I will not be using the cafe again there firstly no menu's in site at all then after asking for a fishfinger chip meal for my child to be told its not fish fingers. The food was horrible couldn't even class it as food. And I now get the feeling after waiting for God knows how long I am going to have a parking ticket just for the trouble. They definitely need to reduce the seats in the cafe and get better at what they do. If I end up with a ticket I will be looking to have it reimbursed

There was a time when the cafe was a reasonable price and well staffed.
Now the drinks and cakes are over priced while the staff are left to manage their time.
In peak periods there was one cook, one cashier come drinks maker and one waiter.
30 minute wait warned. Still waiting after 35. Not surprised with the amount of orders and one cook.
Morrisons really are getting their pound of flesh.
If they could get the cook or cashier to deliver the good, I'm sure they would.

Stayed in a nearby hotel for a short-lived holiday but found that store was clean and conveniently located. Was able to find everything that I needed. Used self check-out so no interaction with staff, but that's the way grocery shopping should be.

The 'PYO Breakfast' option is wonderful and something other Cafe's should incorporate. I had a sausage, beans and fried bread (the best I've ever had!) for under £3. My brother had the veggie breakfast which was very fairly priced and looked delicious. The crockery was to die for.

Given the location of this large branch as part of a quite large retail park, I expected something a little better. On the positive side, there is plenty of free, available parking free for 2.5hrs. On the negative, the store was untidy and displays looked very tired. Whilst the range of good was appropriate for the size of the store, the overall impression was of poor management and low staff morale with nobody taking much of an interest in the customer experience and perception of the store.

Place is getting worse and worse. Low stock on items. A couple of times the card readers wouldn’t work so had to use cashpoint to return and pay for goods (only ok if you carry bank card, which most people pay via phones)

Then last night Wednesday 7th, I walk there to be greeted by the security chap saying no one allowed in. No reason. Customers where still leaving, but no entry at 4:30-5pm is ridiculous!

Came here on Sunday 22 June at about 2pm. Surprisingly busy! Good sized clothes and homeware section. Didn't do any food shopping.
Went to the cafe as we fancied a sit down. Not too much on offer. Fresh cakes looked a little sorry for themselves (and were uncovered). Staff were helpful and brought our hot food over for us and any extra sauces. Cheap food esp the bacon bap 75p for anything extra.
I liked seeing the disposable face mask box at the entrance. Good idea!

Visited to top up food supplies for the New Year's Day big feast after a great day out in the city centre. Alas, over the years this branch of Morrison's has gone down hill - I first visited back in the 1990s. Nowadays, it is probably one of the most expensive supermarkets to shop in which wasn't the case back in the day. I don't mind paying more for quality food items but paying more for own brand food minus the quality is another matter. The shelves could be topped up better as well.

Also, for some reason the alarm rather annoyingly kept going off while shopping on the afternoon of 28/12/2022.

Please get back to the standard of several years ago.
