Asda Stepney Green Supermarket

Waited on queue for 8 minutes or long at kiosk today around 12:40to12:53 pm and failed to buy things from kiosk. They were chatting having fun with each other including security guy with different language. One was sorting shelf on kiosk but not bothered to serve. I ask staff is anyone else available his reply was i am serving customer then left store without purchase. This store really need some staff to who can smile and focus and at least say Thanks.

The guy who brought the order home told me that there was no problem and that I would receive the refund as soon as it arrived at the warehouse.

This place is an absolute dump and it's getting worse.
The last few times I have visited, I have walked out pretty much straight away. There as been little to no stock of a lot of products. Maybe that's because they are in the loading cages that are dumped all around to shop, blocking the aisles.
There is rubbish on the floor everywhere, it's dirty, it feels like you've walked in during a stock take when you would expect it to be a bit messy.
I normally go on in the early evening (6:30pm) and there is hardly ever anyone servicing at the till, which causes a massive queue for the self check-out.
I don't know what's happened and why it is getting worse, but I would recommend going elsewhere.

Despite the bad reviews I like this grocery store. The prices are very reasonable and they have a nice selection of gluten and dairy free products. I must say getting eggs and 90% Lindt chocolate bars is pretty difficult after rush hours.

This store is ridiculous!!!
The short Asian lady is Islamophobic. She always makes a big deal when I use my blue light card (almost doesn’t believe I work in a hospital). Raised this with the manager but nothing gets done.
They have a ridiculous policy there about bluelight! You think they’re giving my shopping for free!

I regularly come to this Asda and I was bitterly disappointed today with how one of the security guards treated me. A black guard who was at the exit at appox 3.20pm was rude to me despite me doing nothing wrong and demanded to see a receipt which I had. His tone and facial expressions were disgusting and not something I expect of someone employed by Asda. I will be taking this further.

I was so upset and disappointed with store manager who is really unqualified and inexperienced person. I would like to recommend you please take her away because she was soo rude and blaming without knowing nothing. I was using cash&card machine with my Aunty and sister so that time trying to put £20 notes and it was like fold . After putting the machine was store lock and ask for help to assistant but he reset machine and after the machine showed I didn't paid but paid£20 amount. Next and next colleagues came and they can't able to do fixed it. They was trying to see camera did I put money or not and assistance said my manager coming and she came who is white lady (I don't know name) , if you can see cctv camera and then you can see 31/01/2023. 14:02pm.
After that one person see I put £20 but she said I didn't put note's and was blaming me and also trying to said that I am lying..
My Aunty who is physically ill and she was crying after come back from Asda because she stand 1 hour like that but they didn't asked for sitting or nothing.. they was soo rude .. Rubbish manager she is ...

Was sat in my car waiting for my mum to finish her shopping when one of their colleagues came out to her car. She hit my side mirror with her car door obviously hard enough for me to hear and look up from my phone. She noticed me put down my window but completely ignored me. Just lit her cigarette and drove off. Not like I was asking her for money but a simple apology would’ve been nice, at the end of the day she wouldn’t want someone to do that to her car would she? Didn’t expect it from a colleague directly outside the store, disappointing. Poor reflection on Asda employees, do better. For reference Older white lady with shoulder length hair who drives a red Citroen (avoid parking next to that car if you’re ever there lol). LD08RZA
