Very helpful and friendly staff.
It would be good if management could open up more tills when it gets busy, though. I wanted just a few things, but didn't bother as the queue stretched to the back of the shop. However, that won't stop me going there. I'll just try to find the less busy times.

I really appreciate the 10% over 60 discount on a Tuesday, long may it continue.

Very busy and isles were packed with trolleys re stacking freezers and shelves. Checkout staff were pleasant and helpful as usual but not best shopping experience

It's got a good amount of food and other household products in. Was only one person at the till and no self service till.

Although relatively small a very good branch always well stocked with helpful staff.
Feb 2022 Update - Prices seem to be creeping up like everywhere currently however if you are on a budget a good choice for shopping. It can get quite long waits at the till, I get the impression that they may be on a tight staffing budget but they certainly try their best to get you through quickly.
Dec 2022 update . Shop still very good, staff are still great!
Prices are on definitely on the up. Iceland is also reducing pack sizes, usually by weight as a means of keeping unit price the same!

The shop floor staff seem unhappy but the management team seem cheerful. The store seems to be low in moral and team spirit compared to other stores I've been in. The manager is not listening to staff who make the shop what it is... if you're face fits you get listened to. If not the talented staff who know the store.. products and customers go to waist. ( Team work ) is missing in this store.. the staff are NOT being used for what they know . And it's wrong... People make a shop work how it should work. Customer and staff orientation. Happy staff = happy customers. I'll leave those thoughts with you. And I hope to see a difference in the store soon..

Very good range of groceries - could be improved by opening more than just one till when it's busy (I've noticed many times the cashier will ring the bell for more staff but it gets ignored)

Great but I wanted ice on Christmas Eve and they had none which I thought was odd.
