Little Waitrose & Partners Guildford, Worplesdon Rd

Both coffee machines failed. No standard offer of paper and coffee with fill up - even though we spent over £50. Understaffed and badly stocked store.

Waitrose on Worplesdon Road:
Above and beyond customer service for two elderly family members of mine on 23/12/18. A store assistant kindly provided printed directions for them to help them with traffic diversions (that had cost them excess two hours at that point).

We are very grateful that you helped to get them to us for the christmas holidays.

Only sold reduced fat mayonnaise, which if you read the ingredients you'd realise it isn't really mayonnaise at all but some awful cream filled gloop. Everything else I saw was overpriced.

Had to wait for customer to leave before i was allowed entry. Only allowing six customers ar a time then its one out one in. Its a nuisance if you only want to pay for your fuel and there are people shopping and you have deadlines to keep with deliveries. Cant they have a pay at window system for fuel payments only?

Exactly what you need from a petrol station and its nice and cheap as its owned by waitrose. On occasion the staff seen like they want to be anywhere else but who doesn't have off days?

Good sized shop, easy fuel up and go access, friendly helpful staff

Very well stocked shop, I didn't buy petrol I used the additional parking and bought a meal deal and some random other items, bin bags, washing up liquid and wine! Clean and friendly shop.

A useful petrol station and Little Waitrose. Some ready meals, small wine and beer selection, and crisps and snacks stocked - all of the slightly fancier degree that you'd probably expect of a Waitrose.

Petrol prices are also on a par or lower with other stations I've seen in the area.
