Roys of Beccles

I'm not sure if the staff here are overly helpful, or if I have 'shoplifter' written all over me! This shop has lots of lovely things, and I do like to browse, but not have staff ask if I need anything, then watch from a discreet distance as I wander about looking.
Has a nice range of clothes, and I particularly like the garden centre.

A very well stocked store that sells a good range of items. Parking is easy, as the store is in the centre of one of the towns car parks, with plenty of free spaces for Roy's customers. A bright and airy interior with lots of room in its aisles.

Love this shop, has lots of what you need and is never busy. Plenty of free parking. Good sales in the clothing and shoe departments.

I just went to Roys - parked there at 8.51am (shop opened at 9) had 2 very young children with me who wanted to get out the car so put them in the pram and went for a walk until the shop opened - in 8/9 minutes. (I will add there were also other customers waiting outside the shop for it to open)

Come back to a threatening letter on my windscreen that I would be charged £100 for parking there before the shop opened, this is not a long stay car park and my car needs to be removed (although I’m not sure on who’s world 10 minutes is long stay), etc a very threatening letter. - this has now been sent to Roy’s area manager because it is disgusting.

Great selection of products and well situated.

Like going to this store as it has a bit of everything. Clothes, shoes, groceries, greeting cards, DIY. Has some great prices in the sale. Groceries can be priced higher then other stores though. Great shop overall.

Goods easy to find, well laid out store, kind and considerate service.

Not the best attendance in the shoe department, when wanting to try on shoes an assistant didn't appear for quite some time and then disappeared again after a short while...I appreciate it's a bit of a trip to the checkouts for them to take sold goods so maybe that's something that needs tightening up a bit. Otherwise the service is usually very good.
