Excellent service from Lorraine on the customer service desk. After receiving a car parking fine which should not have been given- we spoke to Lorraine who contacted the store manager and happily arranged to have the ticket cancelled. Thank you . Service with a smile 😊

I want to say a big Thank You to a staff member called Tina that helped me with an online return today 01/10/2022. Tina you were so patient and kind with me when I was completely flustered! I spoke to your manager and she asked me to fill in a form online .Sadly I had no receipt so I didn't have all the details needed to complete a form online however I really wanted your managers to know what a wonderful kind and helpful person they have working in their store. Thank you Tina. 😊

So I've had an Asda carpark fine, a lady called Tasha ask me to pop into store with receipt, so I did.
Only to have a pretty rude customer service lady and a very unhelpful manager tell me to take it up with parking eye.
Normally pop in on way past for bits and bobs and sometimes breakfast. But sadly I'll only use your carpark and I'll shop else where as not being treated like this when I'm a very regular customer.

Poor signage, rude staff, slow service and over-priced. Used to be great but now staff has changed, very poor.
For example: porridge and syrup (from a pot) £2.75, 50p on shop floor.
I ordered panini and chips, I literally got 10 chips

I purchased some Xmas vouchers and a phone charging cable. I needed assistance to scan the vouchers, however, as I left the self checkouts, the alarm went off. As I was stopped at the chechout, I opened my bag to show what I had purchased along with the receipt. The cashier then went to pull the zip of my bag further in attempt to look in my bag.

When I asked what she's doing she just fumbled. Not sure if this was racial profiling but completely unnecessary.

Click and collect here is a joke. Absolutely no signs at all. You have to go to the petrol station and your just supposed to know? Then you have to tell them of your not happy with subs, there's no designated space you just park in a fueling bay

Just had a delivery, go to put it all away and they've packed bleach in with food. All the food is packed on top of the bottle of bleach thats laying down and the bleach has leaked over everything! All of it has had to be thrown. Rang customer services and they put the phone down on me! Surely if they're working with food, even if its only packing food for deliveries, they should be given food safety and hygiene training. Even without that training you should know to not pack cleaning chemicals in with food! Could end up poisoning someone.
