A very nice convenience store. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The Post Office is a small branch and doesn't offer all services, but is convenient for stamps, sending parcels etc. They cannot offer a passport checking service.

Have nothing against the shop but the woman who usually mans the post office counter is rude and condescending. Gives me a lecture every time I go in there with prepaid labels (ebay & Royal mail). Despite repeatedly telling her that I find this convenient, she can't help herself from nagging me to spend more time paying for postage individually at her counter. I can only assume that this would mean a few pence extra profit for her, but it is incredibly annoying. I now tend to frequent the Tattenham McColls instead, which has far longer opening hours in addition.

They stock everything you need and more. I use the post office often to make online shopping returns and to convert currency when I’m going on holiday. Overall great service and friendly staff and it feels good to support my local shop.

Lady at post office is extremely rude and has appallingly poor attitude. She fails at basic customer service such as greetings and thank you. It appeared that she was annoyed that I had used prepaid labels and scoffed when I asked for proof of postage. She very begrudgingly handed me the proof of postage in such a rude manner and would not make eye contact when I said thank you or goodbye.

Shop stocks a lot of essentials, but the service has always been a bit hit and miss. Last time I went there to use the post office and the lady behind the counter was on the phone the whole time so it was quite difficult to talk to her. I'd printed out an online postage label, and had to drop it off at the post office. The instructions were pretty clear - I was meant to get a stamp from the post office on the document, but the lady just shook her head when I asked her to do that (and continued her conversation on the phone).

Posted a passport in the post office located in Londis using First Class Certificate of posting some 3 weeks ago and kept follwoing up with Durham Passport Office. Reached out to the lady who actually gave the receipt and certifcate fo posting when I posted it. she was trying to sell special delivery and I politely declined it. Now 3 weeks later we realise that our passport was either binned or sold or lost as it cannot be traced. Not sure if this post office has mischievously misplaced it as we didn't opt for Special Delivery. it is really sad that this is the 2nd occassion where a first class letter posted through this Londis post office has gone missing.

Never sticks to its opening hours. Was a rip off during lockdown (over £20 for a small case of beers). Never going back again. Co op down the road so much better and cheaper.

Does not honour offers on Londis website, even if challenged and showed. Although website can direct you there. And has charged me more than what is printed on goods
