The owner refuses to ask people to wear a face mask. Every time I need to go to the post office (separate business and always pleasant) there are several people without a face mask. I dared to ask one person why not wearing a face mask and got abundance of abuse for it from the person and other bystander. Brownsover is a COVID hotspot in Rugby. Is that really necessary? I won't go there again

Have to go here for the post office which is always busy.
The lady that now works there constantly is friendly helpful and alwaus a pleasure to see her smile.

The staff don't know what they are doing over charging people, When paying by paypoint, then expecting you to pay the overpayment, when its there fault. As they can not reverse payment
