M&S Food

The store is quite well stocked and the staff are pleasant and kind.
But there is quite a big problem regarding hygiene standards. I have noticed during most of my visits than the employees from the bakery section are always touching products like bread and pastries with their bare hands, either to add or rearrange them on the shelves.
You would have thought that after a pandemic people would be more aware of issues like this.

Virtually never any staff on the shop floor in the food hall so if you need assistence you've got no chance, other than ask at the tills by which time I can't be bothered. Have avoided shopping here but nipped In today, same old, no one to ask if an item was in stock. Poor. Won't be going back that's for sure.

Cafe in Church Street, Liverpool. Visiting from NZ and looking forward to reactivating old memories. Really poor food. Unable to cut bacon roll as bread was too hard, bacon dried up . Also waited 15 mins for it to be delivered. Overpriced and inedible.

Cafe has a nice layout. Not the best selection for gluten free, but they have a couple of items. Best part was definitely the gluten free Double chocolate mufin. So nice, very moist

Mid day Friday no bacon left no chips no jacket potatoes no festive small sausage.
Is this really a restaurant??? Someone in charge of supplies is not doing their job are they. Staff are pleasant and couldn't care less. Just smiling whilst saying "we haven't got that" time and again as I desperately tried to purchase some food. Really not good at all but what would you expect nowadays. Really struggle to find anywhere that does actually care or have any form of pride in their job or service offered.

This is a great new store. It has a massive selection of food available. The staff are always friendly.
They have even made an internal entrance through to the main M&S clothes store next door so you can walk straight between the two stores. Definitely a great addition to the retail park.

The shop is ok but the m,s app I had for years has now stopped working and I cannot get it to work again it is off for over three months I have asked for help but none so far tried again today still not working so I will shop somewhere else

However chose Italian option, microwavable: so all good 👍
