Morrisons

I don't live near a Morrisons so was very happy looking round with my granddaughter. We got some salad from the salad bar which went down well for lunch. My daughter bought a few items. Really nice store, would like more time next time

I always buy something in the clothes dept. The quality and value of the Nutmeg range is fantastic. Today I went in for milk and came out with a jumper and slippers for me, Pj's for my husband n treats for the dog. 😁

Sorry Morrisons Cafe Sproughton Road Ipswich, service was the absolute worst it has ever been, staff were still booking food orders indicating there was delay up to 30 mins we were early enough just opened so thought we'd order do shopping do it in the 30min then sit down as agreed. But the wait became an hour and the queues got longer and the time dragged on and then when we all queued to speak to one of the 2 staff serving a manager came out to say its going to be longer and apologised as staff and equipment had failed so money was refunded and a lot of unhappy hungry people went elsewhere from a breakfast order to a lunchtime menu by the time refunds sorted... The money went out quick enough on entry but the refund could take 3 to 5 days
I felt sorry for the floor staff who normally are able to cope without issue and are a happy bunch .... Suggestion you should have stopped taking the money when the kitchen stopped?? Update money returned to my account today thank you...

Convenient parking and easy access. Toilets on the left past the two sets of sliding doors of the main entrance. Car wash service available while you shop. ATM outside and to the right of the main entrance.

Lovely selection of houseplants and bouquets made up there and then. Fresh bakery, fish and a hot deli section. Good stock and decent prices. Friendly staff and a clean store.

This is our second visit in 4wks, after many years. We visited both the cafe and shop. The cafe was well set out, you ordered your food on touch screen, took your number and chose a seat. The food we had was well cooked, well presented and very tasty and good value for money to. The store is pretty big, but well set out, clean and most things easy to find. The checkout staff were friendly making our experience a good one.

Restaurant does need a major improvement. Have to go looking for staff to be served, no luxury coffee available just basic black or white coffee and tea. Food was passable. Morrisons need to really improve. No sure if I'd want to eat there again. Could not give it a star more a missus 4 stars

Had an awful experience at the salad bar, approached in line and the women was rude telling me it was closed and to have come earlier, even though I had just finished a full day shift. seeing a disabled guy behind me she asked him what he would like, pure discrimination. It wasn’t needed, disgusted with this.
