Handy little local shop for when most other things are closed/you don't have time to go elsewhere, or you need something immediately. Small shop, but stuffed to the brim. It sells almost a little bit of everything for your daily living, so it's a good place to try if you run out of the odd essentials ie bread/eggs/sugar or a bottle of wine. It stocks a surprising wide range of food products, if you hunt around you might find what you want. It also stocks a range of little emergency house hold items like little packs of needles/thread/scissors or a tin can opener etc, to a small range of light bulbs or detergent and soaps etc. It has a good choice of herbs and spices and choice of tinned can/preserved things. Has a very small fridge section for things like cheese/yoghurt and some milk etc, perhaps cooked chilled stuff (can't quite remember). Small freezer section for frozen veg etc and icecream cabinet. The only thing it doesn't sell is fresh veg (& meats?) (lots of places to get that on Pitshanger Lane), there's really no room for it anyway.
