Waitrose & Partners Addlestone

Great shop actually has good deals reductions and prices on a wide range of products even though it might look small. The bakery is fantastic and there's a good lunch section. Lots of parking and it's always organised and clean

Very nice shop but smaller then i was happy with. I was hoping to get all my shopping for the week but found this impossible. I am a member of Waitrose and like there stores but will use my regular Waitrose in west Byefleet. This Waitrose covers all my needs.

A huge thank you to the lady who served me on the till today at 12:30 when I popped in to grab lunch. I was shocked to receive my lunch for free as a goodwill gesture and was almost in tears. she was so lovely and i didn't even have to queue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just remember you are doing an amazing job too not just us who work for the NHS. This lady really made me smile with her kindness. Big clap for Addlestone Waitrose staff tonight xx

Great store, only wish that mobile signal was better inside store

Excellent customer service. I have recently had major surgery and the young lady (Alana )who served me has been absolutely amazing every time I am in the store she carries my basket and helps me carry my shopping to the car I was even gifted a bunch of flowers. I now shop solely in Waitrose Addlestone because of this young lady Alana is so sweet and helpful. All the staff in the Addlestone store are lovely but I want to say a huge Thank you to Alana for making shopping (especially after major surgery) an absolute pleasure

I wanted to share my story as it has such a beautiful outcome to a very sad tale. I purchased a product which was sadly spoiled and had to be thrown away. I contacted customer services and explained that had I eaten it the results could have been catastrophic, I am recovering from a serious medical procedure. I received 2 vouchers, the first one was for the price of the meat and with the second voucher they totalled £23.20.
I went to Waitrose today and had a lovely conversation with the cashier called Gillian(Gilly) and just as I was saying goodbye she presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers and wished me well with my recovery.
I can honestly say that Gilly is a credit to Waitrose and I thank her so much for her kindness.

What wonderful service at this store. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you find whatever you need.
Today they totally surpassed themselves when my shopping was gifted to me. I was quite overwhelmed by this kind gesture.
