Good prices on many food stuffs but not for home cooked food, mostly quick oven cooked (fattening & not so healthy, but more what families can afford I guess.

Shopping was done online so didn't visit the store.
1st point no working phone number to call the shop about orders or anything else you have to phone head office which head office is now aware of as they couldn't get through them self's
2nd point is when my shopping came half was missing the rest was delivered 2 hours later this has been a regular occurrence
Point 3 when I got all my shopping eventually my two loaves of bread was Green and when I phoned head office again to tell them their answer was to take pictures and send the email with details of the order.
I had enough by now and won't be using Iceland anymore it's just to much hassle

Poorest selection of bread experienced today.
It's never very good but today was the worst yet.

Rude and unhelpful staff, I understand that today was very busy for Iceland and it's staff but there is no need for rudeness against it's customers which I witnessed today. A poor lady was 57p short on her shopping and was refused by the cashier to remove an item. The cashier then provided to unbag her shopping embarrassing the lady until she left the shop tearful. Absolutely appalling behaviour I will not shop here again.

Not the best Iceland I've visited but is in the high street so quite handy. Staff are thin on the ground, can be difficult to get help. Be careful of price stickers and price charged. Do have a habit of failing to update signs when offers end. So you can get overcharged at the till when something is scanned at a different price than the shelf price. I wouldn't do a major shop here. Only for small items
