M&S Simply Food

So for a 24 hour service the person just out right ignored me standing at the window. Looked at me 3 times and didn't even say a word... Worst customer service I've ever received! Pathetic and the person on duty should definitely be investigated. If you're shut, at least let people know, instead of ignoring them! And you are 24HRS!!! Terrible terrible terrible!

Lovely staff who are happy to help with anything I required, had everything I needed with brilliant deals, open around the clock its fantastic!!

The staff are very hardworking considering the strain they're under. Even though offers don't always come off the staff are vigilant and always make sure to put promotions through without being asked.

It's got a good range of convenience foods and staples (bread/milk/meat/veg/fruit) along with a small selection of baby supplies (nappies/wipes). Easy to navigate, but not a very intuitive layout. Good for a last minute shop.

Visited yesterday. And i have to say the girl about late 20is. Most polite and happy to serve customers /guests. I had just cycled 70miles and thats the service i would like to get. Thank you.
If you know who that person was please tell her. Well done

Nice little M&S food store BUT shutters down at 7.30pm on a Wednesday! Not good enough for a local store. Would maybe expect after 10pm but not so early.

Closed at 21:49 when they are supposed be a 24hour store.
Overpriced fuel and car park been closed for months.
Best to avoid this one

Great when it's open, but the M&S store is not open 24 hours. Tried to call in at half 8 on a Sunday evening and all the shutters were down.
