Waitrose & Partners Burgess Hill

Love their small but fresh seafood corner. Their staff is even patient enough to tell me how best to bake the trout I bought from the store. If anything at all, I can't seem to find any Asian food there, not even soy sauce.

Staff are rude and uncaring I went there to get a pizza cutter it's all locked up you cannot get one and you are expected to go to the help desk which is the furthest point from where the pizza cutters are and when you've got arthritis and pains in your leg you expected to walk from one end of the shop to the next and then back again.

Cafe prawn Jacket morphed into seafood Jacket with a distinct lack of seafood, 99% sauce. Jacket skin was like leather. We were regular customers of this establishment, sadly no more.

Good size, bright supermarket. Staff are smart and helpful if you have an issue.
Excellent range of fresh fruit and veg.
Good quality meat prepacked, meat and fish counter also available with superb properly dry aged steak usually available...at the counter.
It's Waitrose so you will pay more the Lidl.....

Really good store, much better than others. Good location near the Martlets shopping centre. Parking cost is refunded at checkout. It has bins and a customer toilet and a free cashpoint. The staff are always good and generally friendly. There's a good selection of products in the shop and there is also a café. Always clean and tidy. There are standard checkouts, self checkouts, basket checkouts and self scan checkout options. My wife and I have been shopping here for years and still like it so happy to recommend.

Lovely customer service from a wonderful young partner, think his name was Olly. Highly recommend this Waitrose - got to be my favourite one!

In store shopping was fine and checkouts fairly quiet. The only thing that is annoying is that the trolleys are a pain to get apart, not wanting to accept £1 coin and then not wanting to release coin when finished shopping, seen other customers struggling with this as well, seems to be getting worse. To Update been really lucky with trolley recently, some are being left unlocked, much less stressful. Thank you waitrose. Always make sure to get a free trolley if possible now.,so don't know. Been shopping today and found a lot of items out of stock prices going up fadt, but same everywhere. Stocking up after the holidays. Got everything I wanted.

Love this shop ! Great selection of fresh foods and covers your everyday items as well. A one stop shop thankfully, especially during the pandemic, staff super too ! Not too busy so far (22nd Dec) this Christmas either 🤞👍
