Visited the cafe, took an hour and 30mins to receive an English breakfast. Requested a full refund as it was well into lunch time. Staff seem to be on another planet, will completely blank you, walking around the perimeter of the cafe looking for your table. The shop floor isn't much better, you can stand at the self checkout with the dreaded flashing light for 10 minutes before someone casually waltzes over. Shall not be returning.

Fine. Good sized store, clean and modern with plenty of fresh produce available and friendly staff. Not the best car park layout in the world and the exit to the petrol station is a little confusing, but the price is competitive.

Sat waiting for our breakfast for nearly an hour - order was wrong when it eventually arrived. Coffee machines weren’t all in working order, tables weren’t clean and there were lots of items missing. Was looking for a nice breakfast out whilst visiting family and am leaving extremely disappointed. Not sure even one star was worth it for this experience.

Good deal on full breakfasts at the moment £2-99 instead of 5-99 but still have the same problem they have had for months even though the café has been done up tables not cleaned properly sticky and parts not wiped at all the knifes and forks you have to wipe before you use them

Has had a recent refurbishment on the store and car park. So much better now. Started shopping there again now as it's more convenient for me

Good variety of food. Very busy but got served fairly quick.

Nice clean store. Lots of helpful staff. Small clothes section which is handy. The lovely flower section at the front is reasonably priced and in a gift boxes too. I always purchase these.

I booked the sandwich service for the first time as a trial. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of ordering and collection. The sandwiches went down a storm, and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you
