Tesco Extra

Come here often from work to pick up lunch/dinner. Very confidently located with lots of free parking. Very good range of produce, and always clean and tidy inside, as you'd expect from a Tesco Extra.

In particular the Bedworth store is awful.There are never enough tills open and the queues are awful. The staff are really hard working but they can't keep up. I'm sick of empty shelves, ducking out of the way of trollies that are used for online shopping being picked.If you ask for help off some of those staff they say no! Also the lack of quality in fresh fruit and vegetables is at zero.Such a shame at on time it was really nice to shop in there.

Excellent place to go for grocery shopping. You can pretty much get everything at this store. Clothes.... Fuel station is also next to it.

Just been to this place at 2000 on a Sat night and ONE CHECK OUT WORKING massive queue down the isle. This pushed every one to the self checkouts of which they have around 20 and other scan as you shop checkouts with one young chap looking after all of them. He was rushing from one to another as we all know the self checkouts are a nightmare at the best of times requiring authorisation for a myriad of products and constant not reading the weights of items and producing errors. I have had enough i am now shopping across the road at ALDI at least the long queues there are due to the low prices.

also, when the temp goes above 30c half the fridges are shut down as i guess they don't work in the heat.

Was a loyal customer to this store but on my last few shopping visits been shocking. No staff on tills if they do only 1 to 4 tills open and the questor self service tills goes on fto bread area bk of store shocking.

Popped in for some cereal and ended spending £60, I know what you're thinking, that's some expensive cereal! But I got greedy and ended up with biscuits, donuts, crisps and much more snacks

Very poor customer service. Was waiting at self checkout for 15 minutes to be approved for a red bull... I approached one member of staff working at the scan & go department and politely asked her to assist me. But she told me she was busy and had continued scanning a ladies items from a trolley. The tesco store "worker" didn't didn't call for another member of staff to deal with my issue or assist me in any way, leaving My two young children without the drinks and snacks they wanted. Never be shopping here again
