Tesco Express

The self checkout machine gave me a foreign coin instead of a 5p and when i tried to pay and use it the next day it wou ldnt take it and I was in a hurry so I left, giving the machine 40p and getting nothing. I am not coming back because the staff didn't acknowledge.

Unbelievable customer service. Staff lost control of his temper and shouts at a little old lady who had bought the wrong product. Then wouldn't help apart from shouting at her. So I asked to help and agreed with both parties but when I said his customer service was bad he decided to shout at me. Total shock as I shop here daily and not just for milk. Not anymore

Very limited choice; almost no veg and fruit but they do have a larger section of ready made meals. If you want to be healthy, you will struggle to create meals with the food offered here because after 2 days you will have run out of options.

It is very expensive compared to the online Tesco prices . e.g. £5 for 120g of Smoked Salmon which is £3 online.

It also has a weird security guard who always looks like he's having a bad day and is really unhelpful/unfriendly. He puts me of returning there.

I was 2 Times and I make the shopping, after 17 days I receive a penalty for parking, because was over the time,
How is possible?
Next time I must to coming and smile, say thank you for the discounted?

I would like to thank the lady on the till and and the staff member who brought me a bottle of water today after i had a minor ashtma attack in store. I am so greatful for their act of kindness. The store was Tesco Express by Ashford Common.

Very busy store but always seems to have a good stock.
A large car park.
Good choice of clothing also. I went recently and they had 25% off.

Very unfriendly and rude staff

Not happy my partner clearly told the guy at the tobacco desk that he wants to do two separate purchases cause he wants the receipt for the first purchase and he didn't give us a receipt to us for the 1st and said after he done both and the guy was in his own little world like he was half awake 🤣 funny he is meant to be at work ....NOT HAPPY
