Definitely getting worse as time goes on, on my last 2 visits there has been no Asda college on the pizza counter. Never enough staff on the tills and the toilets were dirty and smelly, when I pointed this out I was told the staff toilets are worse as they don’t have enough cleaning staff. Asda had definitely slowly gone down hill over the last 5 plus years. A few years back they had standard’s, doesn’t seem they have anymore!

We were driving through from Cornwall. Wanted to stop at Decathlon and also grab a bite for supper. The Meal Deal shelves were very empty with not much selection and the bathrooms were disgusting. It’s hard to believe fellow humans don’t care about those coming after them leaving soiled toilet paper on the floors etc.

My favourite Asda that I've been to. Such a good selection of products, it's rarely over crowded, it has plenty of parking (though the occasional traffic jam when trying to leave) and the store is generally clean and tidy. It's always my go to store when in Tamworth.

We visit the store today! We noticed how dirty the top and bottom of the elevator floors are gum and debris is really bad! Floors are drab and no real shine!
We visited the customer toilets and they are disgusting! My partner and gentleman came out and said how bad they were and didn't recommend anyone to use them ! Ladies were not great the toilets didn't flush water on floor!
Seems asda isn't keeping up with in house cleaning in-store! Probably as got rid of the contract cleaning company!
I am an instore cleaning manager and certainly wouldn't be happy if my store was this dirty, I would be acting on it and also how do you pass your audits ?
Makes me wonder what the backs of the food areas are like !
I hope you listen to the customers about the complaints . We are using your store to shop in so why shouldn't it be clean!!!

Absolutely shambles!! Went to pick up my shopping yesterday 5pm, told its delayed, would be around 20 minutes so we waited. Times passed and excuses kept coming and in the end it had been over 2 hours of waiting and still hadn't finished being picked. So I told them to cancel. Around 10 cars also going through the same issue with no apology or care what so ever. I'm heavily pregnant with 10 days over my due date, I just couldn't wait any longer. Rescheduled the morning after and the exact same thing happened again yet no cars were waiting. I said to cancel but I got home then 2 hours later received an email saying it was ready to pick up. So I decided to accept and clicked on my way butto in the app to be told it isn't ready. Utter shocking, ride staff and nothing in return. I will not be shopping here again!!

Took my son in for a 1 hour session to see if a job in the warehouse would suit him. They offered him a placement and took a copy of his passport for ID purposes. They said he would receive the official job offer via email.

One week later and he hadn't received anything so he walked into the store and asked the customer services. They told him they would find out what's happening and get back to him. Another week later and still no news so he phoned them and was once again promised someone would get back to him. Few more days and still NOTHING so this time my wife phones them. She is told that the process normally takes a while as they set up training days in bulk (so wait until a few people have been taken on) but someone would phone her back to confirm. Few more days pass and still no return phone call ...

She emailed the head office to make a complaint and after 24 hours she received an email saying the complaint had been passed onto the store and someone would get back to us very shortly. This was a few days before Christmas. It's now the 16th Jan and they still didn't have the decency to contact us.

If you are looking for employment then don't waste your time here !

To ASDA admin: You still have my sons personal details by way of the passport copy. Since you clearly have no intention of getting back to us I request that you securely destroy this.

Poor customer service , boxes and the hygiene was very poor across the cafe , ordered food and it arrived looking like it had been dropped from a Boeing 747 across the ocean , no knife and fork and after waiting at the counter for a few minutes decided to approach the rear kitchen where 3 staff members were wrestling leaving a open counter to members of the public. Extremely poor customer satisfaction! But feel like staff members need a night out at UFC !

The shop is fine. Plenty of choice for your weekly shop, or just popping in for bits and bobs. There's a cafe, opticians,coin counter, post box and a decathlon. So lots of choice.
The staff are all friendly until you show your blue light card. Then a lot of them change their attitude. Shame really as it can put you off.
