Waitrose & Partners at Keele Services Keele

A busy Waitrose store located in the middle of a busy motorway service station.
The store is well stocked with a range of essential items. Some end of date bargains can be had. There is also a self-service Costa Coffee machine available in the store - it's not the fastest way of getting a coffee, but it beats queuing twice!
Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Absolute joke, pulled in northbound to use facilities advertised, hobbled all the way over on my crutch to find you can only access the hot food they've advertised everywhere if you can walk up and down stairs.
Thanks for wasting my lunch time on a painful, pointless walk.
I went hungry, id rather run out of fuel than ever come back.
If it isnt accessible to everyone don't advertise it, Disgusting.

What a shame Waitrose have so much single use plastic packaging while promoting sustainable shopping.... hmm.

Nice shop. Open late after going to the theatre. Unexpected purchase, 2 steaks reduced to £1. Value for money. Yummm

Keto options galore here, trying to find a no carb or even a low carb snack at service stations is usually very hard but waitrose had a fantastic and high quality range of products.

The sevice itself is alright but arrangements at Burger King were not satisfactory , the self ordering points were confused with signs and food served was without even napkins , very strange

Selection great, staff excellent. Bigger stores could learn a lot by visiting.

Very expencive but sell organic go right through s beehive den and climing frame for kids have bit strach burn out
