Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Good car parking. Petrol station and lovely cafe on site. Only downside is a smaller scale stock on display than previously. But as this isn't a particularly big store that is understandable. Overall this is a really good store and I'd recommend anyone to give it a try.

One of the worst staff I have ever seen...he call himself " I am a night duty manager " bad attitude towards to me ( I am an Asian) please judge the people without colour. Individual error makes big differences.

Empty shelves all through the shop, manager/supervisor lady stood playing with her phone while red lights flashed for help above the self checkout area. Roof of canopy always leaks really bad when it’s been raining, been like this for at least 8 years.

Manager Tried to charge for a free lucky dip then other colleague refuse to give it to us and ask us to leave. Got the lucky dip after explaining multiple time that couldn't go to a different shop to claim as already been claimed. Staff should be trained up before serving customers.

Went into the cafe for breakfast. Three staff behind the counter (1 male, 2 female) No other people waiting to be served,I stood at the till for 5 minutes trying to place an order and was totally ignored. I turned round and left. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ????

walked out of the café twice now due to ignorant staff not acknowledging me standing at the counter when not other person was waiting. will not be going back. customer service staff training much needed!!
