Asda Taunton Supercentre

Usually use this stoor regularly. Went today and was astonished at the state of the place. There was mess all over the place. They had altered the layout and everyone was moaning they couldn't find anything they were looking for. People like to go to a shop and get the things they know are in a certain place, not have to search the whole store. A very poor experience by quite a few people today. Come on Asda you know you can do a lot better than this.

I have shopped at Asda, Taunton for many years but will no longer do so
The store is now always in a right state. If you go in the morning nearly all the staff are shopping for on - line customers and are quite ignorant, often walking in front of you or taking up the whole aisle with their trolleys.
The shelves are often bereft of product - due from what I have been told by numerous members of staff to the fact that their deliveries have often failed to turn up.
In the past 4 weeks on separate days Asda has not had any Granulated sugar nor Pepsi Max on the shelves
The other point worthy of note is the fact their prices are now no longer comparably as cheap as they were.
For me it has to be Aldi from now on & if I need to get something that Aldi do not sell such as Pepsi Max I will go anywhere bar Asda

The worst Asda in the UK for stock, customer service and cleanliness.
They might as well not open in the morning.
Thanks for the reply, but looking at all other recent reviews they all say the same, so looks like they are representative of the mess of the store.
If I could give less than one star I would.
Total mess again today, if you have a night fill it should be full and tidy.

Decent enough shop busy at times has a good selection of everything you need in the place and relatively cheap for the current cost of living

This store has unfortunately declined recently. Rubbish/empty boxes left on floor in aisles, unpacked crates everywhere, very difficult to get round, not to mention store staff doing on-line shopping clogging up the aisles at a busy time. Shelves often depleted. This week, Saturday morning at 9.00am NO normal tills open, only the self service area.

The Asda price is no longer a good price with it now becoming one of the dearest supermarkets for everything. But the Taunton store is terrible every time I have been there over the last couple of months it's junk every where with cardboard all over the floor and items falling off the shelf and being kicked over the floor when you don't see them. Even a bag of flour squat in the isle. There is anough staff walking around are they blind to this. It looks like I am not the first to say about this, so Asda doesn't seem to care if you ask me

So disappointing. Haven’t visited for a while. Shelves full of rubbish, staff just gossiping, lots of empty spaces with no stock and no cafe! Used to love shopping at Asda but alas no more! Is there a store manager??!?!

Lots of gaps on the shelves. This store never seems to have enough scan as you go handsets, or the staff are too lazy to put them back on charge at front of the store and prefer to stack them in a basket then take them back when it's full up. Shelf dates are poor went in store on 30/12 picked up 2 ginsters slices, only to realise today that they are dated for the 29/12. Now gone in the bin as they were for lunches for next week. If I pick up anymore out of date food on the shelves, then I will take it futher than store level
