Tesco Express

Tesco Express store that has a free to use cashpoint outside the store. Approximately 12 parking spaces outside with 30 minutes maximum stay for Tesco customers.

Good opening hours. Good parking. Limited range but then it is a small store. Friendly staff who are helpful.

Very good choice of stock. Staff are helpful,and polite.

I come here all the time with my dog I have a mobility disability and I display a sunflower badge. I went into the store today and was served by someone who clearly was not bothered with my issues.he told me to pick up my dog even though with someone with mobility issues this is the hardest thing for me to do as bending twisting lifting are not my best attributes. I take my dog with me incase I fall which I have done in the past that he can get help. Anyway the person that served me told me to pick my dog up as its policy. Even though I explained that I have brought him in many many times he said they ask everyone, if I wasn't disabled then I wouldn't have minded. This is discrimination at its best. My dog keeps me stable and safe. I felt discusted with this person that served me.

Took some parcels to be sent (which is part of the service they provide) and Gary came behind the counter but didn’t acknowledge me. I asked if he could do my parcels as I wasn’t sure if he had come behind the counter to do it for me, he pointed to his colleague who would do it but then and he said “have you got a lot?” I told him I’d got 9, and he rolled his eyes and sighed. It took him 2 minutes to scan these parcels, but I was made to feel as though it was a problem bringing them in. I was already a little anxious bringing them in, but it made me feel very unwelcome and apprehensive to take parcels back to that store. Do better Gary.

Handy convenience store, ideal for milk, bread, etc and other daily required items.
Word of caution. . . . . . . . . On many items, they add on 50% cost, to non clubcard users.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always do their best to help however they can.
Cannot praise them highly enough.

Really friendly staff, great service, always well stocked. Great little shop.
