Pleasant shopping experience. Easy parking. Clean shop . Great cafe.

Just the most boring and uninspired shop, clearly a lot of money has been spent here but it's just not worked. Products are bland too.

Great selection of dresses and clothes for all. This M&S has a cafe and grocery store.

The cafe needs to sort out staffing issues. Waited 20mins for a fish finger roll only to be told it wasn't even started. Seven tables at one time needed clearing and the air conditioning was freezing. Not what I'd expect for M&S

Great location within the Riverside Shopping Complex - right next to the river and the bridge over it. Just looking up you can see that the M&S Café is situated on the first floor with lovely views over the river. Makes a wonderful change from looking out over car parks, as with some branches 😉
The store itself is a great example of M&S getting it right, as it's well laid out and nice and light. Delight to walk around and to check out. Oh, and if you used the Riverside Car Park, like we did, you can either exit through M&S or come out next to it. This is definitely one branch that won't have to be worrying about the impending closures facing some.

Nice store overall, good choice of food and clothes, however some staff on food checkout are rude and arrogant. A few weeks ago
male staff member told us loudly to 'wait a minute' before loading shopping onto checkout and today an older woman on the checkout took ages talking to the customer in front of us despite a queue building then did not say one word to us when serving us - not even please or thank you. In fact she was having a conversation with another checkout operator while we waited for our receipt - plain rude and not good for M and s reputation.

Had avocado with poached egg on sourdough toast. Avocado was stone cold, toast was just white bread, eggs were luke warm. Waited in long queue to place order only one till open as usual even though more than 10 people in queue. Won't be back here for food.

Super clean and tidy store. Staff were helpful and friendly, good choice of clothing and the food was good.
