I went to this store to collect a parcel after a Chelsea match on a Wednesday around 10pm and I was asked to come back later because it was a busy time - no one except myself was in the store... A lot of people were passing by on the street but no one was coming inside. I had to leave because the guy simply refused to give me the parcel saying it was a busy time and give me the parcel would take too long... after one hour and half I went back to the store and another guy was there and he also refused to give the parcel because the scanner was broken... Next day, I went there again and finally got my parcel, but they were rude and acted like if I owed them something or like if they were doing me a big favour. It’s a shame as this is the closest collect + store to my place but I won’t go there again.

Always sweet. Excellent for convenience meals and they do a great packet soup mix of legumes etc. Usual things too and some nice produce and souvenirs too. Sunglasses etc and cat litter.

This shop is to expensive ,Alcohol prices r very high ,I bought Smirnoff vodka & coke bottle they charge £30 pound ,don’t go for ur shopping in this shop. Your store is a disgrace, and you rip off customers. I strongly encourage people to boycott your store until the price of your all items are in line with UK prices.

Have to agree with the majority on this one, this convenience store is very over-priced and seems to purposely avoid getting price-marked stock. The addition of a post office is welcome though.

Tried to overcharge me over a pack of crisps and the price was already way above the normal cost. Check the prices when you buy as they will inflate the price

Good convenient store and it has become even better with the refurbishment. The shop now includes a post office (which is incredibly useful as the big post office which was opposite Earl's Court Station was closed several years ago!) so that you can drop and pick up parcels here. This shop also sells stationery in the post office area. The only problem I have is that the post office is very small and there is always a large queue. This shop sells great produce.

Most expensive store in town ,I bought 2 bottles of water & 1 chocolate bar they charge me £ 10 pound ,when I ask y u charge too much ,staff in store become aggressive rude behaviour.
Never shop again in this store
