The staff at this store are excellent but seemingly offered no PPE despite the work they are doing being high risk. Having been unable to secure a delivery slot despite having a compromised immune system, I have been visiting this store for essentials since lockdown. I was mocked and coughed at in this store by a customer for wearing a mask, what part of “we are in a global pandemic” don’t people understand? I will be avoiding this store as much as possible from now on.

Overall poor customer service, the female members of staff are rude and unprofessional. If you enjoy being condescending to then enjoy shopping here. I would rather go to a establishment that does not attempt to intimate customers with there security guards. Make sure you do not require any assistance or have a disability no help will be offered.

Why do the staff not pack bags and make you squeeze your head through plastic screen to pack own bag. Either remove the screen or at least pa k bags for the customer. Isn't the customers fault you hate your job.

This has always being a regular shop for me! Due to poor mobility I hadn't shopped here in 2months! Today I went it and to my horror most of the items have been moved!
I had lost my bearings and didn't have a clue what I wanted! Normally I would have 3 bags of shopping today I came out with 1! Very disappointed!

Great convenience store for items that you might have forgotten After doing your main food shopping but I try and avoid at all costs as goods in these convenience Sainsburys are extremely expensive. They can’t say they don’t have the buying power, as they have but they will get as much cash from you as is possible.

Another thing that I have noticed in this store in particular; they used to have a great reputation in quick service if more than 3 customers were queuing at any time. Staff used to ring a bell for extra staff at the counter but sadly this has stopped and now you could be in a queue of 10 customers some of whom might want lottery tickets sales which further hinders a shopper from quickly exiting the store.

The car park is shared by Vets4Pets so it does get rather busy at times and when that happens you are in big trouble trying to park your vehicle. Another thing and I hate to add this one but the car park spaces are still designed for 1970’s cars which were thin so expect to get your new car either door dented or scratched by someone next to you trying to squeeze themselves into their car.

I ordered £25 worth of groceries from this store using Uber Eats. When my delivery arrived all I received was a bunch of bananas and some cakes totalling £9. When I rang the store to ask what had happened to my other items, I was told quite bluntly that I should have made the effort and shopped in store then I could have seen what was on the shelves. Also I was told that I didn't pay for the missing items so what was the problem, with complete attitude from the person on the phone and no apology. Sainsbury's shouldn't be on Uber Eats if they can't fulfil orders or advise of missing items. In the end I "made the effort" and popped down to the Co-op on the Tettenhall Road where everything was in stock.

This shop is very crowded, also the carpark. There is no room to move hardly. The female staff are rude. The older members of staff are polite and friendly but the other staff are not.The guards seem to spend there time on there mobile phones..earplugs in.
