Use this store weekly staff are super friendly , only reason I won't give 5 stars is the security have followed me round a few times if I've gone in in my gym gear before or after training (trackys etc). I know they're there to a job but being watched whilst you do a weekly shop is a bit annoying.

Local to me so very easy

Guard was racist and accused me of stealing. I am Asian and the gaurs was Pakistani who was on some sort of minimum wage power trip. Pathetic behaviour!

Threatened with removal from the store by a bearded, beanie-hat wearing staff member named Tommy, after asking for help without saying "please".

I just want to highlight the service I received in Sainsburys yesterday 18.01.22 by a young man (i think his name may have been Paul ?) had a beard. He helped me book a taxi as I was stranded and needed to get home. My phone was playing up and I was very stressed. He was so helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much as I know it isn’t part of your job role. I was desperate and didn’t know what to do. My eye sight is failing and I couldn’t see what to press on my phone. I was so relieved to get home but want to ensure your good deed was highly noted. I’m sure your mum would be very proud of the young man you are. Kind Regards… Tracey

This is a gem of a shop....the staff are wonderful and helpful and cheerful....and have been there through all of 2021, in the face of all kinds of challenges. Thank you!!
Head Office should look after and value them.

Friendly, helpful staff - open late all days. Perfect if I run out of milk!
