Had the steak pie was inedible. The pie pastry was absolutely rock hard. Had obviously been overcooked. Sent it back and got a replacement which was worse than the original one. The pastry was absolutely rock hard and uneatable . Spent 20 pounds on food that was dreadful will never eat here again. Standards have dropped considerably used to be nice but not anymore

Delightful pizza counter staff who do their very best to avoid eye contact with waiting customers.

On a previous visit earlier in the year I was refused a pizza as the two staff members just slicing ham behind the counter were too busy, I had to get the store manager to come over to speak to them.

Glad to see the service has improved...

I have just been in the Ilkeston Branch and as usual for me I picked up a food bag for the community bank. It was £7 and very light but I assumed it was something needed (very light so perhaps some feminine products).
Curious when I got to the till I looked inside to find it was a box of Halloween lights. I do not regard this as essential supplies for a food bank but also this was November 2nd so why am I paying top price for an out of season product?
i am very frustrated because I have picked up similar £7 bags twice in the last week just asuming I was buying essential goods for a food bank. All I was doing was helping Morrisons to get rid of yesterdays goods at top price to them.
I am very disappointed as I naively have been pickingup bags every time I come it to the shop aiming for at least £4 spend. Now I have got to open the bag to check the contents are what I would deem to be appropriate.

Good supermarket but feel its prices going up is off putting. Especially in the current crisis we are all facing. Definitely still shop there but for limited items, I do tend to shop around...

Problems with their freezers.

For a long time now this nice store has been let down by its freezers. We buy Ice Creams regularly but 9 times out of 10 there is evidence that the Ice cream has melted and then refrozen, with water ice crystals all over the ice cream. Yesterday I ate some fish that tasted a bit weird, the wife told me she had just bought it from Morrisons so it was not out of date, during the night I had intense abdominal pains and this morning it was pretty horrific on the loo. I can't prove it, but my suspicion is that this fish had thawed, got infected then refreeze just like the ice creams. We have told Morrisons about this before and nothing changes, so from now on we are going to Tesco. Shame as it's close to us and everything else is great.

The lady who served us was so helpful and a lovely happy person aswell :) the atmosphere was nice and calm. The vegan food I ordered the 'vegan big breakfast' was perfect.

Really nice shop. Lots of stock. So much varieties and choices. Prices, deals and offers are really good too, especially in todays climate.

Love Morrisons however the staff seem to be run of their feet for the holidays and today I saw an old man push an older woman for some reduced ham !! Also the staff member who saw this completely ignored it (essentially promoting violence, by not getting involved/helping the woman who was clearly hurt and in shock)
