Sainsbury's

I was using the self service till and an item needed to be checked by staff on duty, the light flashed and I waited .....also another customer was waiting too. She waved someone down from the back of the checkouts after waiting for few minutes and it wasn't until then the person who was meant to be looking after us came to assist me. So in future the staff should stop chatting with eachother whilst you have customers , especially when there was only two of us that needed help.

A really nice I've ever showed in. So clean and spacious. Friendly staff . Lots of different foods . Gifts . Clothing. Also they provide the smart shop hand set to use . Well done Luton 👏

Fab shop, plenty of space in the Isles. All the things you need for a regular weekly shop, and some nice extras clothes toys etc. Only drawback, is needing to have a £1 coin for the trolley, I'm virtually cashless and don't always have a coin.

Like most superstores this has everything you would expect. Good clothing section and had an independent pharmacy in store. Plenty of free parking.

Sainsburys never fail on guality and now they are even more competitive on prices. Even when the store is busy there is still plenty of room, unlike some other stores where you have to navigate empty pallets and cartons. Also very clean and the staff seem pleased to help.

Find it a more relaxed atmosphere than most supermarkets, staff have always been friendly, it's nice not to have loud music blaring over the radio, it's always been well stocked and kept and it's just a more relaxed, stress free shopping environment

The store layout is constantly being changed though, whole isles moving location, right and left isles being swapped, individual sections being moved around, feels like every other time I'm there something is different, and that's been happening for nearly a year now so not a temporary thing

I do have autism so I am more prone to being stressed by those changes, but I do still feel like all the constant change can lead to a confusing and frustrating shopping experience, despite the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, both of those things are still greatly appreciated though

unless it's around Christmas of course, a moment of empathy for the workers who have to listen to the same loud Christmas music all month, at least I can leave when I'm done shopping, I feel for you

If you to want meet -5 ⭐️ staff, ladies and gentlemen meet Ms June at the till. Rude and has no shame. No wonder business employ European and Asian workers because they bloody well work hard for thair pennies. So on 24/01/23 @ around 19:16pm a very quiet day. She was bored 😴 at the till. She was too busy talking to her mates about Tesco and earrings, blanket the customer. No Hi or bye. Ignored 🙁 the customer when I said thank you. Manage please watch CCTV, because I told all my friends and family to boycott Sainsbury's Dunstable specially If you black or brown. Rude attitude. Go to Tesco instead.

Horrible home delivery service and Horrible customer service afterwards. Had a 120£ order for my new year dinner for my family and friends and the food I received from them was Horrible. Such a bad condition for fruits and vegetables. Also the flour and everything was wet so when I picked it up from the tray failed apart and broke.
Called the customer service they hang out on me multiple times .
Promising they will call me back and no one ever did .never will order again .such a waste of time snd money
