Tesco Express

Good place to go if you don’t want to go straight into town. You can still grab all your essentials it also have a Self checkout and a whole in the wall bank to get your money which is also free. Car park isn’t that big there but u still can get in and out easy enough. I use it quite a lot when I’m over that way.

Good range of products and plenty of parking. Always about 10 staff working there and only one on the till though - the "Express" bit of the name needs changing! Coop just down the road see two people in a queue and race to clear it - that's the service these guys need to get on to.

I am so impressed with the service at this Tesco in Cannock. I had an issue with a delivery order and when I called the store to arrange a solution the Duty Manager Adrian was an absolute delight!
He was not only effeciant and resolved my problem appropriately; he was friendly, positive and polite! Absolutely everything you would hope and expect a manager to be.
I have not often used this store in person (but I know it's the store the majority of my online orders are sourced from) but when I have been in the store the staff are always pleasant and welcoming, the store is clean, tidy and well stocked.
People do not often take time to praise their local stores, but I really feel that this small Tesco in Cannock is an extremely well managed and run shop and any praise or staff awards that can be given to the team here by higher up management should certainly be given!

No food to go. Shelves completely empty

Good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables for a small supermarket, very nice range of cooked meats and chicken and steaks too. Plenty of variety of fresh sandwiches made daily and fresh bread....but it is best to go after 8am for the bread to be on the shelves. Small but decent range of frozen food and ice-cream, as well as a good range of beers, wines and spirits.

Ample free parking with a disabled friendly entrance. Cash machine outside the doors as well along with very friendly and helpful staff.
