Cafe quite nice although a little tired looking & not particularly comfortable. Good cup of tea and variety of cakes and snacks available.
Downside is just how often I see clothing I like and can never get my size. Particularly with trousers where a 12 long is rarely available in store.
Found 2 prs of women's pretty knickers but no size 14 in either so disappointing as out of stock on line too. Would like to see more mix and match women's pyjama tops, long sleeves for colder nights.
Also it would be nice to have some classic plain round necked merino wool twin sets in gorgeous colours for work. So useful and lightweight for office environment plus dressier than t-shirts or blouses that don't always work well with skirts or too embellished so you have to wear a plain skirt.
There doesn't ever seem to be sufficient staff in the Witney branch these days.

We regularly shop here as it is close to where my mother lives so we usually pick up some flowers and goodies for her when we visit! Clean, well laid out shop with plenty of space between the aisles and pleasant, helpful staff. Food is very good and the flowers always "last" well according to my Mum! Free local parking in the adjacent multi-storey makes it easy to visit.

I love the food Hall but wish that was bigger. Fairly good range of clothing stocked. Buy the majority of my underwear here as they stock 'Rosie Huntington' French silk range. Also love the Per Una too.

A very large M&S store with lots of services such as food ordering, cafe, flower ordering,.... A great place to do your weekly shopping in one place. It has plenty of free parking spaces so you can easily find a parking spot even on the weekends.

Very limited clothing selection, barely anything in short and/or larger sizes. Mens stuff crammed in a corner on the 1st floor. Very very few staff. Bafflingly huge array of leggings though..like over 25% of the entire women's clothing section is just leggings.

Classic shop for Brits & tourist will love it for souvenirs of the UK, plus good food for a change from restaurants/hotels.

After leaving the cinema across the way from this Witney M&S, we thought that a £10 dine in for two, would be ideal for a quick dinner, that evening. Picked up the items, got charge £15 instead of £10. Did try figuring out what was wrong, but really didn't want queue up again, to sort it out.

However in the evening at home, I emailed customer service. The reply came back next day. It appears I picked up the wrong main meal items, that was not included in the deal..!. Even though it was in the 'Dine in' deals cabinet. On the packs are some small dine in text, which we did register at the time..Well silly old me ! ... Also if I would like to bring the items back, they would sort it out. As the email was a 'no reply' address, I couldn't reply, to say we had already dined, and the packaging was in the recycling.

I wonder how many times customers get caught on this confusion. Waitrose put large colour code labels on the items, offered in 'Dine in' deals. Perhaps M&S should take note. For anyone reading this review, take a look at attached photo. Deal was main, side & Dessert..this is what we picked up, which was incorrect.. I am thinking of sending it in as a question on Who wants to be a Millionaire. "Is this a £10 deal or is it £15"

Went shopping here this morning. Actually the shop is relatively small as supermarkets go but they have a nice selection of desserts and chocolates. Recently I've been enjoying Lindt (which they don't sell) but gave M&S chocolates a go, and happily they were really nice. Quite fancy, and good for gifts too. Also, picked up a box of Neapolitan ice cream, easy to scoop out of the box straight from the freezer. Not sure I'd shop here for meat though, selection seems a bit small.
