Cafe was clean, pleasant staff, food served hot and good presentation.

Shopping experience was OK, managed to get all items on our list, including some items we normally buy elsewhere, except the larger pieces of Salmon. Chap on the Fish Counter was helpful with us in choosing an alternative product.

I've long been a fan of Morrisons Cafe. The food is plentiful for the price and very tasty. It's not a glamorous setting but it's really nice everyday food with something for everyone. Whatever you order will be yummy. The hot drinks are self serve so you can make it to your liking. Cutlery and sugar, salt, pepper etc can be found at a display counter in the restaurant. The prices are very very reasonable and currently one child meal is free with every adult meal purchased. I just had a crooked breakfast their and it was tasty 😋. It's a lovely lil place to go for lunch or stop after you done your shopping. The only thing left to say is...if you want sauce or vinegar please remember to purchase sachets at the till when you order. They are not expensive but can easily be forgotten when ordering food....Enjoy ❤️🙏

Very poor customer service since they have removed majority of the tills. The self checkout is no good when doing a full shop. Will not be returning. Love to know how they gonna manage at Christmas

Having shopped here for many years without too many issues. The current owners/ operators of the chain have made changes that aren't for the best removing trolley bays from most of the car park so they don't have to spend as much time collecting them up is one. But the biggest issue is they have now taken out most of thier manned tills and only left 8 in which they only have 2 running on my last visit. God only knows how the Christmas shop will be with so few manned tills and people trying to use or refuse to use the self serve trolly checkouts causing even more chaos in store. For the most part the checkout staff are helpful 98% of the time.

I love Morrison's but won't returning anytime soon to do a sizeable shop. Who's idea it was to remove all but 8 checkouts just weeks before Christmas and replace them with self service checkouts needs firing. And then to have only 2 manned checkouts open on a Saturday morning! It's absolute madness. At 9am people queuing at the manned checkouts and the self service area was virtually empty and all we could hear as we walked past them to leave the shop was 'unexpected item in bagging area'. We drive past Tesco to get to the store but we won't be doing next week!

This supermarket is so cold and lots of customers are complaining. Why? Do they really want to loose customers? I understand we all need to make savings but really!!!! Even the security guard has a heater infront of him.
