Not much selection available but possibly due to it being 5pm on a Saturday. Was very disopointed to discover that when you purchase M&S food in a M&S food hall you cannot use M&S gift card. ☹️

Very disappointed. We love M&S and their food but it was like eating a cardboard bacon butty at the café and almost £4 for two tiny bits of bacon and my partner's breakfast roll was miniscule in a huge packet. Lord knows when it was cooked before given to us. I'm sure it's not hard to cook fresh food early in the morning considering what is charged.

Will be going elsewhere from now on.

It’s M&S so of course high-quality sandwich and white chocolate milkshake.

Took all dusts caps off car only to find tyre machine out of service with no sign. It's not like service stations are short of a few bob - at least make sure your overpriced services work

My partner and I visited the store and I’m sorry to report that we left feeling rather perplexed and disappointed by the undeserving GBH our shopping suffered.
The store was closed and therefore shopping was conducted via the serving hatch which makes for difficult shopping. I would imagine not to dissimilar to shopping in Tesco blindfolded.
We requested a small number of items and when the staff member returned, I politely asked for a bottle of wine and apologised for causing a second trip for her. This ensued our shopping being scanned and aggressively thrown back into a basket and a chorus of huffs and puffs commenced.
Perhaps additional members of staff would be pertinent thus creating a happy and less aggressive staff member that doesn’t take her anger out of a defenceless Quiche Lorraine which incidentally does not contain Broccoli.
