Asda Corby Superstore

Visited the cafe yesterday. Woman behind the counter who served us months ago was still bumbling around and didn't know how to do her job. Partner asked for porridge and we received a 45p pot of porridge from the shelf that they charged us £2.25 for. It was binned. My breakfast was edible but not enjoyable. Cutlery low and not very clean. Will not be back

All through COVID ASDA were great with my home deliveries. My last two have been a disaster! I ordered 3 bottles of Gin which was on special offer and all 3 had security tags still attached. How did they leave the premises? My order that arrived this morning arrived yes, with security tags still attached to the Gin bottles! I am getting fed up, it is just sloppy ness - there is no excuse.
They charge for pick and pack but fail to do it correctly time and again.

Delivery driver didn't deduct items handed back to him, so I raised an online request which, was rejected. After numerous phone calls to customer services, and being assured I would be refunded with 5-6 days. I received an email telling me to contact my local store. After several phone calls to them I'm still £60 down with no email to confirm if this has finally been resolved. I work long hours so delivery was meant to be a convenient solution!
Problems with every delivery bar one recently. Time to hang up my delivery pass and try elsewhere.

Not sure what is happening here, they seem to have taken away all the small trolleys, maybe just having big ones will make the customer buy more, that is if there is anything on the shelves, they were bare on my last visit. The cafe needs new seats as they're all ripped and covered in tape. The toilets were blocked.

I am so so dissapoited with Asda.
I ordered Nintendo on Black Friday and I choose next day collection which was available on page.
Next morning my collection was cancelled, when I wanted to rebook it I realised that I cannot because money from first transaction were taken from my account.
When I arrived to ask what the hell I was told that theres nothing they can do as my order was transfered to Corby but that doesnt mean that they need to have it on store ( which they obviously did not) and thats why order was cancelled. Why page allow me to order something from store wihout that item, ridiculous !!!!!
Now I need to wait from 5 till 7 days for my money back.. are you kidding me ?!!!
That was my last time in this shop.

Why on earth have you gone backwards in time placing coin machines on your trolleys. Nobody carries cash now, I don't even carry keys. Ended up going Tesco whilst most customers were clearly using trolleys from other nearby stores.
Stupid idea and will cost you customers.

I managed to get most of what I went shopping for, there were a few empty shelves the staff are as helpful as possible .
