Its a very useful store. Open 24hrs a day, lots of deals, and lots of sales. They have a little bit of everything.
I love how they have diapers in the baby changing bathroom that are free to use for those in need of them.
I dislike their self check out systems. They are not as convenient as they appear. Lots of errors to the point you need assistance. And late at night you may be waiting a few minutes to get someone over to assist.

Excellent customer service, always well stocked, great variety of food and drinks, household products and good quality and range of clothing. Really good value for money.

Many things out of date, lots of things missing, rudest manager in the front ever thinking she can insult people as she walks away from them. Think Sainsbury is matching prices and I'll just stick with them going forward!

Not happy at all my wife was in tonight and got handed 6 bottles of prime ( your only allowed 3 and they can't sell them till 6 apparently) but she was able to get them at 1am. The complaint is the way the guy at self check out basically barged her out the road and went into her basket without permission to take 3 bottles back and was Rude to her. Can see me phoning trading standards tomorrow as there not meant to sell them till 6am

I am housebound following an accident. Live on a rural lane, with no one to help me out.

I have placed several orders over the past few months. The quality of produce sent out on home delivery is appalling. Out of date , the same day as delivered or the following day. Damaged packages with half the contents missing.

Last order, I had to eat 8 items the following day. I had to take all packaging off and find room for some in my tiny freezer . I live alone!
This order , 12/1/23 6 sausages out of date, day of delivery. Large loaf of bread , out of date 13/1, a large cucumber split in half, a pack of blueberries, cellophane ripped off, about 10 the blueberries remaining, a pack of oranges , one completely split in half, beetroot again cellophane ripped and only 3 beetroot in pack .

Your pickers are an utter disgrace. There is no way they would pick this pig swill , for their own consumption. So why do they feel it acceptable to send it out to me?

I keep requesting refunds , so it serves you no purpose.

I bin the stuff and you refund me. Surely a more sensible suggestion is , you send items undamaged and with good dates on them .

We both win, I do not have the stress of having nothing to eat and you keep my money.

In my opinion not as affordable as Tesco but certainly in the top 3. Has everything you need and more for your weekly shop and for the holidays.

I recommend the new yellow label range as it really has checkmate Tesco in terms of affordability.
