Asda Dumbarton Superstore

Large supermarket with great choices. This is one of the larger Asda stores I have visited although others have more floorspace due to the fact they have two floors.this is the first time I have come across Asda having concession stands to other retailers in the middle of the store.nicely laid out and plenty of space, also well stocked.

My niece fell yesterday when scootering in Helensburgh. A lovely asda delivery man with a red mohican stopped his van and got out his first aid box to help us. I don't know how to contact him to thank him 😊

Asda grocery home delivery..as a disabled customer I I heavily depend on my shopping being delivered and the customer service I receive from asda Dumbarton is absolutely outstanding 👏 before during and after lockdown the staff especially the delivery team go above and beyond I have not had a single problem with any of the team members and the Dumbarton store should be recognised for its outstanding care of its housebound customers. Sincere thanks to everyone involved 🙏🙏🙏🤩

Using UBER drivers to deliver food. Drivers failing to deliver to correct address and refusing to bring items to my 85 years old grand mothers house! She is expected by the driver to walk down to the road. I mean I thought we were paying for a home delivery…not close to your home and walk the rest!

Don’t call these guys though as the won’t answer their phones in the store!!

ASDA shut your Dumbarton store your workers don’t work as they can’t even answer a telephone!

Also use your staff to deliver the food. …NOT UBER!!!

I have just done a just eat order for asda asked for two small boxes of redbull and two boxes of monster energy drink they came but I asked for 4 packs of bag of 4 x wipes they didn't come so had to get refund because u can't call the store to say to them about it its ridiculous don't ever do grocery shop on uber or deliveroo or just eat as they don't ever give u what u have asked for won't be using them again very disappointed

Large Asda Store , operates 24/7 and accommodates a large car park . Free face masks and Hand sanitisers / disinfectants are provided at the door.
Very well Stocked, clean, well Organise, staff are very cheery and helpful.
Prices are very reasonable and competitive 👍
For fast and more convenient shopping experience I enjoy using the Scan and Go app on my smartphone which is available on both Android & iOS .
Over all Great shopping experience, competitive prices and great deals ⭐️

A good big store with a wide variety of stock, also a fair amount of empty shelves. The checkout is good, I particularly like the scan and go, one improvement that could be made is digital receipts in the same way Lidl does.

The delivery is usually good but today I was expecting mine between 10-12. No one called to say the driver couldn't reach me and had went back to the store. 5 hours later and my order is apparently still out for delivery. Phoned the number on the app and they have contacted the store to call me back so I can reschedule and add my original basket to the shop. Still nothing.....

Took til the following day to get my money back when I called the store again with the extension code another driver gave me. The woman who answered continually said everyone was lying, there was no Jim and the store was just too busy to call any of the customers to tell them there orders weren't coming.
