Asda Llandudno Superstore

Click and collect is a JOKE at ASDA. We live in the 21st century. This is the worst experience ever you have to wait for the person to come after you call them and they don’t even answer the phone number. Went into store and they said you have to wait at the place outside to get your click and collect order. So I waited for another 20 mins and the guy finally comes out and starts arguing with me after I complain. Really bad customer service Never again. ASDA wake up!! WHAT KIND OF RUBBISH SYSTEM IS THIS ????? I’ve changed the rating as they are going to improve their service

I have to say your staffs customer service skills are shocking!! Whilst loading shopping into conveyer belt at tills a rude member of staff pushed their way in front of me to fill the chewing gum up!!! Not one word was spoken to me and they just continued to stand in the way as if I didn’t exist!!! I asked if they minded doing the restocking once I’d finished and was told “NO as they were going home in 5 mins and had to get the job done” No sign of an apology for being in the way, no eye contact - nothing!!

Would've been 5 but why are the alcohol free drinks scattered through the alcohol aisle and not in all 1 place like other supermarkets. Plus I think it's quite confusing putting alcohol free next to gluten free beer.

4.20 pm on a Saturday, probably the busiest time of the week and they only have 6 of the 13 tills open, people are queuing half way down the aisles !
This place is a joke and if I wasn't desperate for the items in my trolley I would have just walked out in disgust !
Sort it out ASAP or we will all be up the road to Aldi !

I ordered a click and collect from this store for this Tues. However I got snowed in and couldn't get the car out. I rang customer services and told them the situation and said could you canx the order. The lady then said it's available until 7 that day and I just said to canx it as I'd be better going when it's less icy. So I got an email that afternoon that my order had been collected and my money had been taken. By who and why did they not canx. I rang asda customer service back the next day and they said they would look into it but they still took over 64 pound out of my account and I have nothing to show for it. Is any company allowed to do this. Daylight robbery

Good all round supermarket plenty of variety, with a variety of prices to cater for the majority of people, with good friendly customer service

Best store for miles! Huge selection of quality grocery products, fresh & frozen food, clothing, greeting cards, alcoholic beverages all at great prices, plus much more. The car park is huge, 24/7 petrol station, cafe, toilet facilities, everything you expect from a superstore usually found in larger towns. Highly recommended for all one's shopping needs!

Store is great, but cafe is run by untrained manager. 20th December 1pm stood in line for half hour as it was busy, that was ok. Ordered 2xall day brunch and drinks, when wife put breakfasts on table it was below par. Started to eat and when tried the fried egg it was like rubber we could use as a frisbee, unfortunately as we did not have the receipt and it being so busy, we did not finished the meal. Day later should have complained at the time as now going to toilet with bad tummy.
Wonder if the breakfast had been sat under heat lamp for goodness knows how long, if go again will make sure and complain if standard not improved. As said could not go to trading standards due to not having receipt.
Certainly gone down since before covid
